Privacy Policy

When you contact us through the form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your business name and the type of business you run
• Your email address, and your phone number if you choose to share it
• Notes about your project that you write in the form

We also collect basic, anonymized analytics: page views and country-level location. We do not use cookies that follow you across other websites.

Your contact details are used to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Send you a quote and project updates
• Keep an internal record of our conversation

That is the full list. We do not send marketing emails unless you specifically ask to be on a list.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. The only third parties who see your data are infrastructure providers required to deliver the service (email delivery, hosting), and only the minimum needed to do that job.

• Active project: for as long as we are working together, plus 12 months afterwards for billing records.
• Inquiries that do not become projects: 6 months, then deleted.

Under PIPEDA (Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and similar laws elsewhere, you can:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your data

Data is stored on reputable infrastructure providers, encrypted at rest, and transmitted over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with care.

This site is not directed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
